Frequently Asked Questions

Wash & Wax FAQs

Will you come to me?

Yes, we are fully mobile and come to you. Our vans are fully equipped to clean and transform your vehicle at your convenience. We service Spring, Tomball, The Woodlands, Katy, Cypress, the Galleria, and surrounding cities.

Does this process remove scratches?

Because we use an all-in-one wax, this process can remove or fill in very light scratches. However, the main purpose of this package is not scratch removal. If you are looking to remove scratches from your paint, we recommend our paint correction services.

How long does the wax last?

This depends on how your vehicle is stored. If it is kept in a garage most of the time, you can expect about 4–6 months of protection. If your vehicle is kept outside in the sun, expect about 2–3 months. With proper care, wax protection can last up to 6 months.

Do you need access to water?

No, we do not. Our detailing vans come fully equipped with water tanks and everything needed to complete the service.

What kind of hand wax do you use?

We use waxes from major brands such as Chemical Guys, CarPro, Meguiar’s, and Shine Supply. The specific wax used depends on the vehicle we are working on.

How long does this process take?

This service typically takes 2–3 hours, depending on the condition of the vehicle, wheel contamination, excessive bugs, and other factors.

Shampoo & Upholstery FAQs

How long will it take for my seats to dry?

Your seats will be about 90% dry by the time we finish. On a sunny day, they are often 100% dry by the time the service is complete.

Will my car smell like chemicals?

Absolutely not. We use hot water to extract the pre-sprayed shampoo from your seats and fabrics, removing 100% of the cleaning solution. Combined with steam cleaning, this process leaves your vehicle smelling fresh and clean.

Will this process remove smoke smells?

This service will not completely remove smoke odors, but it will significantly improve the smell of your vehicle. For heavy odor removal, we recommend our odor removal service.

Will you come out just to clean my seats?

Unfortunately, we do not offer seat-only services. You will need to book our full interior detail. We do, however, offer upholstery cleaning for couches, mattresses, and carpets.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Zelle, Cash App, checks, and cash.

Full Interior Detailing FAQs

Will my car be wet when you are done?

Your vehicle will be approximately 85–90% dry when we finish. Weather plays a role—on sunny days, your vehicle may be completely dry, while in some cases you may need to allow 15–30 minutes of additional drying time.

Do you remove the seats?

At this time, we do not remove seats due to safety concerns related to airbag systems. However, we are able to clean tight and hard-to-reach areas using air compressors and professional tools.

Will my car smell like chemicals afterward?

No. Your vehicle will be left smelling clean and fresh once the detail is complete.

Do you come to my location?

Yes, we come to any location that is convenient for you—home, work, the mall, school, or anywhere with enough space for us to work.

Do I need to be present the entire time?

No. Many clients leave their vehicles unlocked or leave the keys for us. One of the biggest benefits of mobile detailing is the freedom it provides while we restore your vehicle.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Zelle, Cash App, checks, and cash.

Do I pay before or after the service?

Payment is due after the service is completed. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Do you need anything from me?

No. Our technicians arrive fully equipped with electricity, water, and all professional-grade tools needed to complete your detail.

How long does a full interior detail take?

Most interiors take 2–3 hours, but heavily soiled vehicles may take 4–6 hours. We can provide an estimated timeframe after reviewing your vehicle’s condition.

Can you remove every stain?

Due to the nature of stains and materials, some stains may improve more than others. While not every stain can be fully removed, all stains will look significantly better after service.

Do you offer same-day services?

Yes! Call us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Pricing & Packages FAQs

What is the final price of my detail?

Final pricing depends on the overall condition and size of your vehicle. Our technicians will inspect your vehicle upon arrival and determine the final price based on its condition. For more accurate estimates, you may send us photos of your vehicle.

How long does a full detail take?

On average, a full detail takes 2–3 hours, though some vehicles may require 4–5 hours depending on condition.

How do I know which package is right for me?

If your vehicle is fairly new and only needs a light refresh, our Cheapskate Package may be sufficient. If your vehicle hasn’t been cleaned in some time and needs noticeable improvement, the Middle Class Package is a great option. For families, heavily used vehicles, or those wanting a “new car” feel, the Upper Class Detail is our most popular choice. Our 1% Detail is our most comprehensive package and is ideal for heavily soiled vehicles with deep stains and neglected paint.

Why is it so expensive?

We take the time needed to deliver exceptional results. Our technicians go above and beyond to restore your vehicle as close to new as possible. If you are looking for a quick, inexpensive wash, we may not be the right fit. If you want quality, attention to detail, and long-lasting results, you’re in the right place.

Do I pay before or after my detail?

Payment is due after the service is completed.

Do you offer multi-car discounts?

Yes, we do!

Will you come to my location?

Yes. We service Spring, Tomball, Cypress, Katy, The Woodlands, Downtown Houston, and surrounding areas.

Can you remove every stain?

Due to the nature of stains and materials, some stains may improve more than others. While not every stain can be fully removed, all stains will look significantly better after service.

Do you offer same-day services?

Yes. Same-day services are based on availability, and we recommend calling ahead.
