General Terms
Clients must remove all personal belongings, money, and other valuable items from their vehicle prior to their appointment.
- CarPlay Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, including the vehicle being serviced, items inside the vehicle, or the service location.
- All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes.
- CarPlay Mobile Detailing is not liable for discharged batteries during or after the service. Please inspect your vehicle after service to ensure all interior lights, headlights, and running lights are turned off.
- Detailing times provided are estimates only. Each vehicle is different and may require additional time based on its condition.
- We reserve the right to collect debit or credit card details to secure a booking. All debit and credit card payments are processed through Square.com.
- We reserve the right to alter or reschedule bookings due to staffing levels, weather conditions, or equipment failure.
- CarPlay Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse service or deny customer requests beyond the scope of the booked service.
- Verbal or physical abuse toward any member of our staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances, and appropriate action will be taken if such behavior occurs.
Pricing Terms & Conditions
- A minimum service charge applies and varies by location.
- Pricing is based on the selected package, vehicle type, vehicle condition, and service location.
- CarPlay Mobile Detailing reserves the right to adjust pricing based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of service.
- Prices may be amended during the detailing process if the vehicle’s condition differs from the original estimate.
Communications
- CarPlay Mobile Detailing may contact you to schedule your service or conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
- In the event of a canceled appointment, we may contact you to inquire about the reason for cancellation.
- All inbound and outbound customer service calls may be recorded for quality assurance purposes.
Service Terms & Conditions
- We may ask how you heard about CarPlay Mobile Detailing to help evaluate our marketing efforts.
- Customer satisfaction surveys may be conducted following service.
- Permission to store debit or credit card information may be required to secure recurring bookings. Cards will be charged after each completed visit.
Cancellation Terms & Conditions
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment from the start of the arrival window.
- Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result in a minimum cancellation fee of $50.
- Same-day cancellations will incur a charge of 25% of the service cost.
- CarPlay Mobile Detailing reserves the right to charge the full service amount for same-day cancellations without prior agreement.
- CarPlay Mobile Detailing reserves the right to alter or amend a booking time or date without penalty; however, wherever possible, we will notify the customer in advance.
- CarPlay Mobile Detailing reserves the right to adjust or move a booking in accordance with staffing levels, weather conditions, or equipment failure without penalty to the company.
- Failure to be present at the scheduled service location and time will result in the full service amount being charged.
Service Guarantee
- If there is clear evidence that the technician did not complete the service as booked or that workmanship was unsatisfactory, we will, at our discretion, redo or refund the uncompleted portion of the service.
- Any cleaning or repairs performed on the vehicle after our service without authorization will void the Service Guarantee.
- Refusing a redo appointment limits any refund to a maximum of 20% of the service value.
- Failure to disclose conditions such as heavy stains, foul odors, biological waste, mold, mildew, chemical spills, or hazardous materials at the time of booking voids the Service Guarantee.
- Some vehicles may require additional services beyond the original booking. Refusal of recommended services may invalidate the Service Guarantee.
- Our technicians may take photos or videos of the vehicle before and after service, including license plates, for documentation. Refusal to allow documentation voids the Service Guarantee.
- Payment is due immediately upon completion of service. Failure to pay invalidates the Service Guarantee.
- Filing a credit card dispute or chargeback invalidates the Service Guarantee, and no refunds or redo services will be authorized.
- All service-related claims must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion using our online Support Request tool.
